New/First Time User Instructions If you have never previously created an account, please click Create New User at the top and follow the steps to establish a new user account. Alternatively, you may use the One Time Payment link on the left to pay your bill immediately.
Existing User Instructions To transfer your user account to our new system follow these steps. Click login to fill in your utility account number (ex. Xxxx-xxxx) and previous password. You will then create a new user account using your email address. Your existing utility accounts and wallet will be transferred to this new email address login. After activating your new user account, you can now login using your email address as your User ID.
Delinquent Accounts If your account has been interrupted for non-payment, and you have since paid your full deliquent balance, please call customer service at 727-893-7341 in order to have your account re-activated.
* Account ID must be entered exactly as it appears on your monthly statement.
* Initial temporary PINs will appear on your monthly utility bill.

E-mails may be sent at any time, although you will only receive a reply between the above-referenced hours.
